About Inkosi Group
Building the infrastructure behind Africa's next chapter.
Inkosi Group is a proudly African infrastructure and services group delivering practical, integrated solutions across construction, energy, fuel infrastructure, logistics, security, consultancy and building materials.
Established in 2022, Inkosi Group was founded with a clear ambition: to build a modern African enterprise with the capability, agility and commercial understanding to operate across industries and borders. From the outset, our focus has been on creating a business that does more than provide individual services — we aim to bring together complementary capabilities that help clients move projects, operations and opportunities forward.
Our capabilities span civil and building construction, roads and infrastructure, petroleum and fuel systems, and the design, construction and development of fuel stations and related infrastructure. We deliver fuel storage and distribution systems, service station forecourts, pump and tank installations, LPG infrastructure and associated works, alongside logistics, security and building materials. Through our consultancy offering, we also provide project, technical, operational, procurement and business support, helping clients move from concept and planning through to construction, commissioning and ongoing support.
We take a practical approach to every engagement. We start by understanding the requirement, the environment and the desired outcome, then bring together the right resources, people and capabilities to deliver. Whether supporting a construction project, developing fuel infrastructure, managing logistics, providing security or supplying building materials, our focus remains on solutions that are functional, efficient, commercially sound and built for real-world conditions.
Inkosi Group works with experienced teams, specialised service providers and strategic industry partners to extend our capabilities where required. This allows us to remain agile while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, reliability, efficiency and long-term value.
As a growing African group, we are developing our capabilities across South Africa and the wider Southern African region, with a long-term view towards broader regional participation. We see significant opportunity in Africa’s infrastructure, energy, construction and industrial sectors, and we are building Inkosi to participate meaningfully in that growth.
Our ambition is simple: to build a capable, trusted and modern African group that creates value through execution.
At Inkosi Group, our work is guided by a straightforward principle — Building With Purpose. We believe growth should be backed by capability, relationships and results. Every project, partnership and opportunity is part of building something larger: a resilient African enterprise designed to grow with the markets and communities we serve.
