Inkosi Group is a proudly African infrastructure and services group delivering practical solutions across construction, energy, fuel infrastructure, logistics, security, consultancy and building materials.
Established in 2022, Inkosi Group was founded with a clear ambition: to build a modern African enterprise capable of delivering real-world solutions across industries and borders. Today, we bring together technical capability, operational execution and commercial insight to support businesses, developers, institutions and infrastructure projects across Southern Africa.
Our work spans civil and building construction, roads and infrastructure, petroleum and fuel systems, service stations, fuel storage, LPG infrastructure, logistics, security solutions and building materials. Through our consultancy capabilities, we also provide project, technical, operational, procurement and business support, helping clients navigate requirements, identify opportunities and execute with greater clarity.
We believe good solutions start with understanding the requirement. From planning and sourcing through to implementation and ongoing support, our approach is hands-on, commercially aware and focused on delivering solutions that work in the real world.

Which fuel brands does Inkosi Group work with?
We support fuel retail work across the region's major brands, including BP, Engen, Sasol, TotalEnergies, Shell, Astron Energy, Caltex and Puma Energy — covering forecourt, canopy and fuel-system scopes.
Do you subcontract your work?
Core scopes are delivered in-house by our own construction, fuel-systems and technical teams. Specialist partners are brought in only where required, and always under our direct supervision.
Can you deliver a project on a turnkey basis?
Yes. We can take a project from early planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover, with one accountable project lead from start to finish.
How many projects can you run at the same time?
We operate several standalone teams, so we can run multiple projects in parallel across different sites and regions — without stretching quality or oversight.
Where are you based and where do you operate?
Our head office is in Gauteng, and we deliver work across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana — operating throughout Southern Africa.
What compliance and safety standards do you hold?
Inkosi Group is a registered, licensed and compliant operator, with the relevant industry registrations and accreditation in place. Health, safety and quality assurance sit at the centre of every project we deliver.
Do you only build filling stations?
Fuel and forecourt infrastructure is a big part of what we do, but we also deliver construction, energy, logistics, security, consultancy and building materials across a wide range of sectors.
